Enter required information

Payment/Delivery of Products

We will make a final confirmation of stock on the day of your order or the next day and send you an order e-mail.
If you choose bank transfer, please transfer to the designated account specified in the order e-mail. We will ship after confirming payment.
Customers who choose cash on delivery will be shipped as is. Please pay in cash to the delivery person (Yu-Pack) upon receipt.

 

For customers who choose Pay-pal, we will ship as soon as we confirm the completion of the payment procedure (input of PIN).
For customers who specify the desired delivery date and time, we will ship according to your request. If you wish to have the item delivered as soon as possible, please set the desired delivery date to "No specified ". If your order is placed by noon and payment and credit card procedures have been completed, we will ship the same day.

① Bank transfer

After ordering, please transfer the price to the designated account (Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Roppongi Branch) within one week according to the email (order email) after inventory confirmation. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. If you specify a delivery date, please make payment with plenty of time.

You can use the "cash on delivery" service of the post office. Please pay the price in cash when you receive the product.

A uniform fee of 260 yen will be charged.

  • For items with an exchange amount exceeding 300,000 yen, it is necessary to use general registered mail or security service, so a registration fee and security service fee are required.

  • If you add optional services such as express mail, simple registered mail, or specified delivery date, additional charges are required for each.

 

If the amount after deducting the consumption tax, etc. related to the transaction from the exchange amount is 50,000 yen or more, a stamp fee will be required. The stamp fee will be deducted at the time of remittance. The stamp fee is as follows.

About product exchange/return

Please let us know within one week if the delivered product is different from what you ordered, or if there is a defect (damage, defacement, etc.). We will exchange it for a non-defective product at our expense. If exchange is not possible, we will refund your money. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience.

In the following cases, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.  This product has been used once.  Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer.  Products processed for customers. (Products that have been resized, carved, etc.) The product has been delivered for a week without any special circumstances.   Exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience, such as the color or image is different from what was expected.  

Only for rings, if the size of the ordered product does not fit, we will accept exchanges only if it is unused, except for trying on. In that case, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
